After a week of completing paperwork, I can officially say that my house is "under contract." Of course, it's not really sold until the money is in the bank.


I'm stunned and thrilled that it took only a week to receive an offer and only another week to finalize the agreement to sell. Now there are just the inspections, appraisals, concessions (none!), and closing.

That's one big albatross--phew!
